Equipment Engineer – Responsible for optimizing existing tool performance and owning the tactical response for assigned equipment, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with safety policies.  Responsible for ensuring proper documentation exists for shift teams, assisting with long-term down equipment. Daily activities include identifying and reducing tool-generated defects, improving tool availability and finding solutions to ongoing problems. As manufacturing requires, executing to plan on tool installations, relocations, and retrofits.

Wind Technician II – Performed routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of GE 1.5 MW ESS wind turbines. Site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Technician for STONY CREEK.  Was responsible for ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and training profiles for site technicians.  Ensured proper documentation of wind turbine maintenance completed.

Engineering Technician –  Perform routine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of 300MM Novellus Altus, and Tel Trias CVD tools, as well as 300MM AMAT and ULVAC PVD tools.  Work performed in a clean room environment.  Used SPC and FDC analysis tools for troubleshooting processes and hardware. Creation of failure analysis reports of failed equipment hardware or process.  Creation of maintenance procedures and fault diagnoses procedures. Assisted in the installation of Tel Trias and Novellus Altus Toolsets.

US Navy 09/15/1999-09/14/2003

Fire Controlman 2nd Class – Supervisor to 7 personnel in the operations and maintenance of the Combat Direction System Display, and Digital Computer set encompassing processing of radar, navigation, and weapon systems.  Managed isolation and repair of Combat Direction System and associated subsystems to include 11 display consoles, 3 switchboards, pulse amplifier symbol generator, 2 radar azimuth converters, and associated test and support equipment. Maintained and operate electronic cooling systems. Conducted, organized, and monitored professional training for 28 personnel.
